Are the glasses dishwasher safe?

We recommend washing them by hand to keep the raised, hand-finished designs looking perfect for years. Warm water and a soft cloth — it takes 30 seconds a glass.

How big are the glasses?

Each glass holds 350 ml — a standard red-wine goblet size, so everyone can claim their favourite at dinner.

Are they sturdy, or will they break easily?

They are real, everyday glasses — heat-resistant and made to be used, not just displayed. The gift box has a flocked insert that keeps every glass safe in transit.

What if something arrives damaged?

Every set is packed by hand with the glasses held in the box’s flocked insert, so damage is rare. If anything does arrive damaged, email hello@merriellehouse.com with a photo and we will sort it out — see our Shipping & Returns page for details.

Will it arrive before Christmas?

Yes, if you order by 12 December. Every order ships with free tracked delivery, and we pack each set by hand with extra protection.

Can I use them for something other than wine?

Absolutely. Customers use them for mulled wine, hot chocolate, sparkling cider and Christmas cocktails — or simply as table decoration. The glass is heat-resistant, so warm drinks are fine.

Can I buy more than one set?
