Shipping
Shipping is free on every order. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and delivered in 7–14 business days. A tracking link is emailed once your parcel is on its way.
Christmas cut-off: order by 12 December for delivery before Christmas Eve.
Returns
If you change your mind, unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. Contact us first at hello@merriellehouse.com and we will send return instructions.
Damaged or missing items
Email a photo of the damage within 14 days of delivery and we will replace the item free of charge — no need to send anything back.
