Ordering & shipping

How long does delivery take?

Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 7–14 business days depending on your country. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel ships.

Will my order arrive before Christmas?

Orders placed by 12 December are expected to arrive before Christmas Eve. We will update this date on the announcement bar if carriers change their cut-offs.

Do you ship to my country?

We ship across the EU, the UK, the US, Canada and Australia. Shipping is free on every order.

The Christmas Glass Set

What is in the box?

Six goblets — Santa, Snowman, Tree, Wreath, Stocking and Reindeer — each with a raised 3D relief and a holly-and-berry stem charm, packed in a red presentation gift box.

How big are the glasses?

Each glass holds about 350 ml. They are made from heat-resistant glass and are suitable for both red and white wine, as well as mulled wine.

Are they dishwasher safe?

We recommend washing by hand to protect the hand-finished relief and the charms.

How do the free gifts work?
