Free shipping

Shipping is free on every order, everywhere we deliver.

Processing and delivery times

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 7–14 business days depending on your country. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Christmas cut-off

Order by 12 December for delivery before Christmas Eve. If carriers change their cut-offs we will update the date on the announcement bar.

Where we ship

We deliver across the European Union, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada and Australia. If your country is not available at checkout, email hello@merriellehouse.com and we will do our best to help.

Customs and duties

Orders within the EU are shipped without additional customs charges. For deliveries outside the EU, import duties or taxes may occasionally be charged by your country; these are the responsibility of the recipient.

Damaged or lost parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, send us a photo within 14 days and we will replace the item free of charge. If a tracked parcel is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will send a replacement or refund your order in full.
