Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. To start a return, email hello@merriellehouse.com with your order number; we will reply with return instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

Please inspect your order on arrival. If an item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, email us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we will send a replacement free of charge.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return we will notify you and, if approved, refund the item price to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Exceptions

Gift cards and items marked final sale cannot be returned.

EU 14-day right of withdrawal

If you are in the European Union you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification. The item must be returned in the same condition you received it, unused and in its original packaging.
