Shipping and delivery

Delivery times shown on the site are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs. Risk of loss passes to you when the parcel is handed to the carrier; however, we will replace items that arrive damaged as described in our Refund Policy.

Promotions and free gifts

Free-gift offers (for example a coaster set with two glass sets) are applied automatically at checkout, limited to one per order, and may be changed or withdrawn at any time. If a qualifying item is returned, the value of the free gift may be deducted from the refund unless the gift is returned too.
